Trending @Cognizant; Didn’t get PA to A promotion this quarter
I completed 30months this june and few of colleagues who joined on same date as me and one colleague is in same project with me since start got promoted to A last saturday but not me, tbh I don’t go to office and had total of 9days in may-june end, is that the main reason for me not getting promoted? Manager says he didn’t promote my colleagues but she got promoted also couldn’t find anybody else to reach to about the same issue.
My question is if its all about rto, how many days do I have to go to office till this quarter end to get promoted in next quarter? Also my last year end rating was 5, so if I get promoted in next quarter will it come with the hiked salary or I’ll be getting hike on my current package and then the promotion hike will happen?
Same happened with me , i completed 30 months on May & having rating of 5 but when Rto was instructed i completed but for my last project there was no rto mentioned still i went few days even i didn't rcv any mails for not going to office as reguler basis
