Trending @Accenture; Didn’t get any hike news ,should i wait or not? I am at C10 and joined Accenture in 2021 but didn’t get hike from 2 years

I joined in 2021 April at L11. Got hikes in 2021 dec 2022june and 2022 dec and no hike or promotion after that In dec24 I got only13% hike with promotion to L10 This is a joke My pay is not even as per market standards yet they gave me only 13%

Same here.. last year people got around 21% with promotion.
