Trending @Accenture; Didn’t receive my relieving letter from TCS

I haven’t yet received my reliving letter from tcs it’s been more than a month. I raised the ticket on alumni portal twice and they said it’s on hold due to IS clearances but i submitted everything and also received my ffs. My separation HR isn’t responding to my mails. Can anyone suggest what to do?
