I went just 3 weeks back. Keep trying I'd say. What worked for me was -
I booked table for 4 (we were 3 people)
Logged in at 8 and selected the table I could find and proceeded
Food is pretty good, Ramen is awesome! The best I have had (ofc, haven't been to Japan yet) but it's really pricey!
Sake is an acquired taste, Kombucha there is pure love! Starters are pretty good, especially chicken
Anything worthwhile for vegetarians/eggetarians?
