I went just 3 weeks back. Keep trying I'd say. What worked for me was -

1. I booked table for 4 (we were 3 people)
2. Logged in at 8 and selected the table I could find and proceeded

Food is pretty good, Ramen is awesome! The best I have had (ofc, haven't been to Japan yet) but it's really pricey!

Sake is an acquired taste, Kombucha there is pure love! Starters are pretty good, especially chicken
