(Spoilers ahead)
The movie takes inspiration from 10-15 movies. Not in terms of story but in terms of scenes and screenplay. Like Batman, GoT, Dune, Superman, Guardians of the Galaxy etc. But it's still a really good watch.
Loved Amitabh as Ashwathhama. Complete justice to the character.
Felt like Yaskin's character could've been hyped a little more, but I think they're saving it for the next movie. Kind of like Thanos in Avengers 2.
All side characters were excellent except Vijay Devarakonda, he played Arjuna in the worst way possible.
They could've ended the movie on a bigger cliffhanger, but it's fine.
My favourite part of the movie was Prabhas' revelation as Karna. One of the best juxtapositions possible, on one hand we have selfless Karna and on the other hand selfish Bhairava. There are many easter eggs that you realise later in the movie. Bhairava was found by the pilot in a basket, just like Karna. The jyotish's parrot chooses a card with the Sun symbol for Bhairava, signifying Suryaputra Karna. Bhairava's character was very intelligently crafted.
Overall, a must watch! Hopefully a lot more people will now put in effort towards learning our history!

Those are nice detailing!

Excellent movie.
It has its shortcomings.
But, the good far outweighs the bad.
Watch it in theatres while it is there.
