Did you guys, ever gave enough thought on how Corruption problem could be solved/reduced using what we are good at (I am good with tech)
I believe what happened today would not have happened if that Judge had handled the case appropriately. I know and agree that particular women is at fault but whatever law you make there would always be a party who would try to misuse their rights (play the victim card). I just assumed myself in the same shoes of the man and I am quite shaken to the core thinking what he has to go through. Best thing that one could expect atleast is a neutral perspective not someone who is trying to make money of their power. (I know I am not able to express my thoughts clearly here I wanted say is Judge ko Paisa chhapne ki machine nhi banna hai, victim ko aur victimized krke, behti ganga mai haath dho rhe hai bkl . I want to say more cuss words that won't be appropriate here ). There has to something through which we could at least make our country a little better. Tbh I don't expect anything from our Govt they would provide some funds to family and put the girl and his family into jail and think this would never happen again. Are we ourselves not good enough to think of a solution. I am ready to put my time and money on the line given we are able to think of a solution. I think we could all give input in some sense by providing/improving a solution . It maybe wrong and could have multiple problems but that's what we're good at solving problems and brain storming towards making wrong solution, a not so wrong solution. If you have any idea please share. I am also sharing mine
Problem which I am able to think is. If you are against corruption, and your senior is in favour of corruption you can't do anything about it. If Everyone else is doing so you have to become part of the corruption. But if we are able to add a anonymous layer between the two. I think we should be able to reduce it. And i also believe corruption could not be done by a single people. There are bunch of people involved here and there. That is where we can hit them. I do believe not everyone likes corruption in a room. I do believe someone would report corruption due to his/her values. Some would report because of jealousy. Some would report because they didn't get the fair cut. News would always come out no matter how you try to stop it. Then why news don't come out ? . My logic to this is who wants to report would have to come out and file a report and they fear something would happen to them/ their family.
What if a add a layer of anonymity between the two no matter what their identity would not be compromised. I do think this would help us reduce corruption in some sense.
I could think of some problem which needed to be solved for this idea to succeed
How could we create a trust among govt employee
Will govt allow us to execute
How we will onboard govt employee to a platform
What if a false information is passed on, how do we handle it
How could we incentivize the reporter without revealing their identity
If you guys think of any other solution please add on or improve mine if you think it is a good start point
