Salary hike depends on RJA you selected…. Interview level is moderate and based on panel. Regarding salary, let me give my scenario… i am digital c1 associate recently promoted to c2 and my total ctc is around 11.5lpa… I appeared for cloud engineer rja interview which took me 2 months to clear external exam and curriculum with lots of efforts… after clearing pp1 i got increment of 3%. Then one of my senior who was close to me made me clearer that it is based on the role you select and most of the roles are capped at some budget. For an example, technical lead as cap of 12 lakhs and your salary is already 12 lakhs then you will get minimum increment which is 3%. If my package without digital was 6-7 lpa then I would have got 30% increment..

Hi I'm joined TCS has lateral and about to complete 2 yrs coming April in tcs ,they gave me C1 grade with 9.3LPA package due to lateral 1st yr no increment,so i thought of writing wings 1 exam how does it helps with salary increment if i clears exam any idea ....
