Did we get 2nd year compensation letter
Its been 2 year i have completed tcs i have checked with few of my friends who joined with me they have received an compensation letter for 2nd year anniversary but i didn’t receive compensation letter yet can some one please help me on this ……..
Last year December month I've completed my 2 year in Tcs and received compensation letter. They upgraded my garde also from C1Y to C1.
You will definitely get first check the company's Work-From-Office (WFO) compliance policy, which states:
- Non-compliance with the 60% attendance threshold defers anniversary and grade movement.
- Upon achieving compliance, the anniversary date is adjusted to the start of the next quarter.
- Total Rewards interventions (including compensation) are effective from the adjusted anniversary date.
If you are a fresher you will get it after 2nd year completion, if lateral then do not expect anything on anniversary you will be considered for annual appraisal cycle only
Yes you will get after a month or two, after completing 2 year
I don't think u r supposed to receive compensation letter separately for completing 2 years In TCS it was supposed to come on 1st year completion but they changed policy
