Trending @Wipro; Did this Refer a friend is Scam in Wipro
From last 3 years I have tried for many friends to refer for position and also sent mail mentioned in Employee Referral mails. Some of the friends received mails to fill up details and after that they haven't received any response. Is any other way to refer ?
I have referred over 100, I never say no to anyone, even to a stranger if he asks for referral but no one getting selected or even getting a call back for discussion
The chance of getting selected is very minimal because they shortlist tons of CVs and get around 20-30 interviewed out of them and then select only one person out of them. They consider only two things even after successful interview, short notice period and less package.
Wo thik he but they should at least give a call which i dont think any of the referred candidate got.
Wo tameez inhone kabhi seekha hi nahi.. is mamle me product based companies achchi hain, wo shortlist karne ke baad har ek cheez batati hain exactly ki kya chal raha hain.. they don't keep you in dark..
Same here. Even dropping an email to the recruiting manager and others mentioned in the email didn’t yield anything. Don’t know if they are not serious about considering the referrals why bother us to share the profiles
