Did TCS management really waiting for Mr Ratan Tata’s demise? So they can literally start tearing apart employees interest?

N Chandra is a notorious person ... in 2014/15 he had started the same thing... and it comes at the backdrop of company making huge profits.

If TCS can block ex employees from getting retired, let employees also boycott using Products/services from house of Tatas. They should be repaid back in same coin.

So boycott using Tata products - Tata tea, Tanishq, Air India, Chroma stores, Zudio, Westside, Titan Eye, Vivanta/Taj/Ginger hotels, Tata pravesh, Tata Salt, etc etc.

This is pure business. The revenue has been stagnant for many quarters and stock is underperforming, they had to take/show some extreme measures to please the shareholders. With madman Trump at helm, situation is going to be worse before getting better.

Is TCS only company for fired and not giving appraisal. Some of my friends are in HCL and TechM there also fired and not received any appraisal for this year. I think all companies are like this only.

TCS has laid off in 2008 and 2014 too. Go check. Ratan Tata has no control. He was only chairman emeritus. Such birdbrain people who don't understand how ownership works
