Did something unconventional in life, now confused!

I passed out in 2018 Btech ECE, went to TCS as ASE. Worked for 7 months before leaving it in 2019 for Mtech aspiration. Then 2019 july to 2020 dec, I prepared for Gate, IIITH, BITS Pilani. Received admit email from BITs. But I couldn't not join due to unexpected financial crunch in COVID.

2021-2022-2023, 3 years I was doing random things like reading philosophy, worked on river cleaning robot project at friends workshop (it was my btech project, which was awarded prizes, I thought of potential startup but partner went to do MS), I also took tuition for diploma students, managed father's coconut farm in Goa. In 2024 I joined a 9 month java full stack offline course to come back.

Now, between Jan 2021 to Dec 2023 I don't have any formal documents to show HRs for what I did.

Can any experienced guys help me with this?😅 How can I present 2021-2023 period formally in Background verification checks in future employments? I don't care about WITCH now, but the product companies that we all dream....like big tech and startups in Bangalore or Abroad. Any suggestions?
