Did not go to the office for the whole year 2025.

My grade is C1 and I have not gone to the office for the whole year 2025, due to medical reasons and I have tried raising exceptions, but it was denied, so I have not reported to the office and I have sacrificed my variable pay as well till date, a big loss for me. What should I do now, do I need to visit the office, please advise.

I also not going to office since Jan2025 and I have also submitted the doc toh HR but they said it's not authentic later I did test from tata 1 mg and results were same and they were saying ki aapne dr ko bola hai like but bad me TCS dr ne clear Kiya n they are giving me one month exception so If ur medical n reports is saying for WFH then they will have to give u WFH at ahy cost with out any cross cutting

They will also do micromanagment in you but don't be demoralise kyuki they are doing

For me they have just got reports after report but no progress in work from home, can I know how many months you have got work from home.

How can they reject apply with medical documents. They will have to accept the exception

They are not approving they just ask for X ray, and then they will ask for MRI and finally they will reject.

Yes that is the same thing I'm trying, but the market is down and I'm applying continuously but not getting any calls and this 90 days notice is night mare.
