I have completed 2.5 year in Infosys on January and I have outstanding rating but did not get hike neither pronation to technology analyst. Can anyone help me what to do. Can I ask manager to get apprised or hike.there are any policies in Infosys where we can get promotion by manager regardless of experience criteria.

Check with your manager for Eligibility of TA. I think it's 3 yrs and also depends on the slots in the project for quarterly recommendation
