Yes a colleague in my dc sent the screenshot and the person got the hike letter in edocket. This person is in ADM and is JL6

That’s not appraisal hike. Unless officially announced, they will not roll out the appraisal hikes.

salaries should be corrected as per new laws so there might be possibility that these are just correction based on new labour laws and not hike
