Trending @Accenture; Did I make the wrong decision?

I’ve been with Accenture since 2021 and got promoted once in 2022 because of the techleap exam. After that, I didn’t receive any further promotions, like others. I worked on the same project for around three years, but recently I moved to a new project in March. However, I haven’t been assigned to any project yet and I’ve had very little interaction just once or twice regarding the myte with my manager. Given that no one here knows me and I’m new to this capability team, Is there still a chance I’ll get a promotion or at least a stay level increase?
