Trending @Cognizant; Did force resign applicable for gencs with 2 years of experience?

As gencs we were on boarded on 2022 August so currently we are in bench not getting any project calls even if we apply what will happen after 2 years of experience will my ageing will get started? And if it happens after 1 month will I get call from HR for forced resign? Please clarify it
