
Did C4 resources missed the bus?
C4 resources who are in TCS for long time and had a chance to switch long back but instead they just choose to stay in comfort zone for long time. Now it seems they have missed the bus and there is a threat of their carrier termination as nobody will accept them outside as skill mismatch vs Experience.

That's true but I can tell you C4 with digital skills are still in demand. Take example of a multi cloud hands on C4 guy, large transformation projects will happily onboard.

Its may not be comfort zone. It is about responsibilities when someone has. When we get into their shoes, the scene changes
