Did anyone with high IPF got B or C band instead of A for WFO non-compliance?
People have been fear mongering on grapevine about this. Just curious to see if it actually happened.

Imagine a large excel with all the things being mentioned being various columns. You keep filtering by columns until you reach the number of A, B & C band that you want to give..it's that simple. There's no logic carved in stone for it, so stop looking for one.

My manager and reviewer mentioned that my band was sent as ‘A’ in the Excel sheet but was received as ‘B’. They are advising me to go for a disagreement. Is it possible for the band to be changed from B to A?

I know about filtering, I sit with my manager every year for my team and they find reasons like t-factor, competency, etc. But we didn't reduce any band because of RTO. HR was supposed to do that.

My rating is 4.5 and i received B band
