Yes I have resigned. I have experience in SAP ABAP S/4 HANA Implementation projects. This made me thought I can bring some good offer in 3 months.

How many years of experience do you have?And what is the first step in resignation process?

Total 3.10 in accenture. No steps, directly go to portal and put exit. If you don't get offer you can revoke, and these 3 months keep preparing daily and appear for interviews.

Yes I have around 10 years of experience and working as TL . I resigned and got 2 offers within 45 days . I m negotiating for early release by adjusting earned leaves with Hr . But as usual ppl are toxic and playing

But accenture don't give early release, right ? We get encashment for it.
