No, it will be based on units. I heard someone from the ENG unit got a hike, but i cannot guarantee as I haven't seen their hike letters

I hope we get mass resignations, infy management should learn a lesson for not giving hikes on time.
Mostly many members won't resign bro there are multiple reasons like no openings on their technology, experience not enough or fear of facing the interview etc
Please keep dreaming!! I understand your pain!! But pls understand that mass resignations can only happen if there are mass recruitments!!! People have bills to pay. There is no mass recruitment happening everywhere. So if you are thinking something like mass recognition will happen it won’t. We are 3L + employees !!! Most organisations know that!! They are paying you as per the average billing an infoScion can generate. We are still at 21% margin per year. Yes the employees costs are skewed with JL7 and above and bulk of sales team drawing disproportionate salaries !!
