Trending @Infosys; Did anyone know about the new infosys hybrid policy?

I read that infosys is mandating 10 days work from office per month and if we fail to do so it will deduct our leaves.

Can’t I apply expectational? my whole team is working from home past 1.5yrs, my manager follow hybrid policy and he’s asking me as well to follow, but my manager is from another DC. From my DC, other teammates are working from home. What will I do coming in office if there is no team?

Other teammates are able to apply exceptional requests and its getting approved, not sure what will happen after this new policy
