Did anyone heard someone getting band D and huge cut in the CTC! Is it really happening in tcs!

even A+ band employee dont get 15% gain in hike but they are reducing this much percent for D band☠️

This is really shocking and unethical behaviour from the company 😔

To grow that much we all know what happens in TCS... I DON'T NEED TO SAY

All these stories are making C band look good.

Yes getting 1-2 percent increase in salary is far better than a decrease of 15-20 percent

3-4L decrease. What was the total CTC?I assume they won't be having more than 10 lpa to get this much cut from their salary.

"It was a corporate decision to reintroduce D band blah blah blah, as project managers we are there only to take credit infront of client... So, no point in blaming us for you employees D band..."

So what do u plan to do now! Any chance that they will reverse this if we have discussion! Also with whom can we discuss?

Normally you have to reject the band first in the system to initiate that process

So will rejecting the appraisal do something with them!

Nothing happens, HR wagera sab ki mili bhagat hoti hai.. bc.. I was rejecting bands for consecutively 3 years even though I knew nothing happens but wanted to express my disappointment and anger

Dude. Companies ask for last revision letter if u r switching in May onwards, they also cross check pf details from pan, also from hr they cross check last revision and salary details along with few other details

So how did he discussion initiate! I also raise objection on speed but didn't get any mail from anyone

I received mail and 1 round of discussion happened with project manager , manager. But they brainwashed me to believe that I deserve D. It was before getting compensation letter. So i was not sure what will happen. Now after i saw salary really reduced i wanted another discussion which will happen tomorrow. Lets see will try my best.

For you that time was it cut from the performance pay? If yes then was it retained back next year?
