Did anyone hear that people who are actively working in project and is billable are targeted for layoff?
For margins they are asking to release. Some projects are doing it, others can't because of dependency. People waiting for contract signing are getting released before those working on billable role.
This is happening mostly with people with 8 years and more experience. In One of my friends project audit is going on for the experienced resources by the unit HR.
What all criteria they are checking for any idea? I also heard from one of my friend that billable resources maybe also get targeted.
We are releasing you due to project optimization. This is what they told. No discussion nothing. I am a billable active won emp. Was Allocated till 15 march 2026. So this shit is happening across TCS. No one is safe
Not sure other location, some locations HR is going check office timings for last 6 months
this audit is for releasing from project or for deciding the hike who will get the hike in project and who will not as HR organisation message says all eligible employees?
