They just lure you , I'm at level 11. They lured me of getting a chance to go onshore. But no commitments. So I thought it's just to tie me to their company. Anyways as they have realized that I am not happy as there is no growth and even i am underpaid for my experience and education institute from where I am.

My batchmate went to saudi. He joined at l10 in june 24
