I don't think it's fixed yet( but the it team is sending mail it's fixed). You can't do it on own cuz of bitlocker . Though there's a way around but not suggested. Just go to it team on Monday .

There is document of you raise the ticket then they will send you the procedure to follow steps by following steps you can resolve the issue

Need to go to office on Monday and get it fixed by IT folks.
