Trending @Infosys; Did anyone get retention hike?
I am on notice period and being promised retention hike and then appraisal? Did anyone actually get it?
It should depend on what offer you are getting outside. If getting product company then just move, if not then only it's worth thinking
Don’t fall for it. If they offer you something better than your current CTC you may consider it. If it is equal or less you should leave. Also get everything on mail without that there is no confirmation. It won’t be official.
Don’t go by it. If they are promising 20-30 it won’t happen. For 10-15 why you want to stay . You would have already got that hike. Managers may be genuinely offering it but they may not have the budget approved from higher ups. So till you get email confirmation form your DM and HR that you will get the promised hike . Don’t recall your esep.
