Did anyone ever get there resume shortlisted while applying through Workday

So recently I have applying through LinkedIn and through workday everytime I apply through LinkedIn my resume gets shortlisted and when I apply through workday it never get shortlisted or even to the next round, my resume has good ats score also has all the words from job posting

1. if you are a recruiter and use workday what should I do to get selected?
2. if you are engineer how did you get shortlisted and what was your Ats score ?
