Trending @Accenture; Did anyone actually get fired due to RTO non-compliance or is it just to create a panic ? 🧐

Just thinking. 🤔 There is a great noise around RTO compliance and how strict actions would be taken if not followed properly. But did anyone actually get PIP or get fired due to non compliance ?

I know a great lot of people from different locations but neither I nor did anyone in my contact got impacted, even if they are not following it on a regular basis, or none at all . 🤔🤔

None that I know of and I am a du lead. There are several emails and warnings that's it

I haven't visited office in last 4 months, there are certain attendance mails come but no one ask and no actions were taken

But my manager said he is taking notes of every action. Seems like they are targeting ppl never visiting office.later they come to partial visitors.
