DevOps vs MLOps

I have a total of 6 YOE in Cloud and DevOps.

Which Path will be better for carrier growth and better Pay, and how can I transition.

I am planning to make a switch in next 5-6 months, what package can I expect in the current market.

Please guide I really need a switch I feel.
