Devops Engineer with 7 yoe , cctc 12lpa ,how much can I ask for market correction

Hi Team,

I m working as devops engineer in infosys with 12lpa ctc and 7 yoe, I wanted to switch, but I have been given an option to stay in infosys with retention hike. How much can I ask for retention. I haven't resigned yet. Just verbal conversation between me and my manager.

Or

Should I just switch? And what is the pay range for my experience and tech stack?
