DevOps Engineer - 24LPA ( 4 YOE )

Hey everyone,

I've been actively looking to switch jobs for the past 3–4 months, but I'm facing rejections mainly due to my current CTC. I have around 4 years of experience, and I'm wondering — do you think my current compensation is actually considered overpaid for this level?

If anyone knows of companies offering better hikes or has referrals for roles (preferably remote, or in Mumbai/Pune), I'd really appreciate your help.
