DevOps 5YOE Salary Market Value

I am getting 23 LPA with 4.5 YOE as DevOps Engineer, full remote. I am aiming for 35 - 40 LPA in next two years. Is it reasonable ? Should I switch to DevSecOps or AlOps ? Guide me pls!!
