Dev or QA
Please let me know which would be the best for career wise , actually I am a fresher and joined TCS as digital cadre and got project as QA role. So is it worth it for me to be here as QA or should I change for Dev roles. Anyone please suggest me the roadmap for QA?
Immediately try to switch to a dev role or any other role. I also joined tcs in 2021, still working as an automation QA. Learn new tech and switch to dev or any other role. Because switching to QA is very difficult.
Same I also joined as QA and promised to be moved to dev role after 1.5yrs its been 3yrs now stuck with manual testing. If you want any growth never opt for QA in the service based atleast. I am digital as well.
Hi in what technology are u working? Also what is your base location
It is good to work on Dev initially in your career but it all depends on what you like and enjoy doing. Both have good career prospects.
