Destiny - Made with my own hands
After spending 3.7 years at Delotte im only getting 6 lpa and no promotion as consultant, later when i saw a fresher getting 7 lpa i made up my mind to shift then
In April - i got an offer from Syniti and i joined for a package of 11 Lpa fixed soon i realized it is a SAP based firm and only contains SAP projects where im completely into Data Engineering. I thought this isn't the right one for me spoke to HR and put down the papers.
In June - After this I had an offer from Infosys and Ibexlabs companies with the packages of 11 and 16 fixed I choose 16 for ibexlabs , it's startup and its been almost 5 months now.. no project and now recently i got a project that too a third party for Infosys its been more than a month to the project no one reaching out no project related meetings nothing.
Now im regretting for shifting from Deloitte even if it is a small package i should have stayed there.. where there is some handful work, some parties, nice leadership no cunning people.
Anyway past is past just felt sad while roaming and seeing those buildings
It's just the stuff made with my own hands, but it's okay I will travel on this boat lets see what will happen.

Deloitte has boomerang policy, you can always go back to them, talk to your colleagues from there
Yeah im planning to to go back ..but i thinking to spend atleast a year here and want to get project exp in this startup..atleast I had something to show up that i worked on this
you ended it really well. Life is indeed a journey... some get to their destination with roads filled with rose petals while others get thorns. But just stay strong brother... you'll be better than all others
