peanuts 🥜 we are getting everywhere 😂😂 Reality is learn new stacks with your current knowledge and comfortable zone your are stuck .. start exploring JD of coming openings , search which areas your interest are , check the technology & certifications people are doing on LinkedIn , join courses once ready then apply .. see the market is changing rapidly every 2/3 years new stacks of technology upgrades are coming and you have brush up and chase .. so have a plan instead of thinking about past 3 years hike .. look forward 🍹😎

Same same but different, got 11 LPA at 11. No money no honey, so I quit. LWD in a week. Switch. No other option

I have 4 YOE and my package is 11 LPA. I guess for 11 YOE, a person should get minimum 23 LPA but it's not easy in today's market. Switch is the only solution and after 2 years.

Money matters.

If you cannot switch then the issue is with you. Infosys gives 10LPA for 2 to 3 years of experience. In any organisation you should be either learning new things which can make you earn more or you should be earning there itself
