Trending @Cognizant; Desperately need some advice!!!

I've been working on a project whose last assignment day was on 31-March'26 on a wfh role. Although my manager told me to finish my work before 11 Dec otherwise my release would be extended (client is bhikhari, and due to an estimation error it is crossing the contract period with our company, so releasing everyone slowly).

But on 10th Dec I was put on bench, even before the agreement. Although my manager was adamant that I work unofficially in the project while on bench, I rejected the idea and went on to bench peacefully.

Now, they're trying to pull me in the project forcefully...I've already talked with managers and also mailed them that I'm interviewing other projects and tech stack and I'm committed to the cause and I don't want to come back. Which they acknowledged!

But today I got a mail that my SoID for the project is created and all my applications to other projects are auto rejected.

Please help me out, I don't want to stay in this project.
