Trending @Accenture; Desperate to switch

There's no structure of the team , they just come and ask for output everyday. People at TL , manager level haven't seen any code. They just don't understand anything. Unrealistic timelines, everything is urgent, everything needs to be completed by EOD.

I'm done preparation to switch to product based company. I have done DSA , System design, and computer fundamentals. But still I'm not getting any calls from past 6 months. Is my 90 days notice period is becoming the issue ? Can somebody help me with it , who has got offer from product based or switched .

Apply for jobs and keep yourself active on naukri. Send cold emails to hr and recruiters. You may also try linkedin premium. Once you get an offer there is no looking back.

I have been stuck in the same loop. I know its hard with 90 days but try to pitch in companies. I had applied 30-40 openings at the beginning and got one call. Naukri helps a lot, tune your profile and keep yourself active you will start getting calls in a day or two

Why dont u lie abt ur notice period..like mention in every job portal tht u are immediate joiner or u have 60 days np but negotiable... Aim is to get interview call atleast..once u clear..u can tell hr the truth

I heard this strategy works..try this way

The issue with this strategy , if they will not extend the joining date then the back up option will be gone.. I have also used the same strategy ,in hr discussion they will ask your resignation letter and if the current org is not releasing early then in worst case scenario , then we have to serve 90 day np ..then if they are not willing to extend and taking time to get approval for the same with Hiring manager so you will also have some doubt that if i resign from current org and the new ord is not extending

Your yoe is a concern. Usually recruiters prefer 3+ yoe candidates
