Desired salary as a SAP BASIS Consultant

Currently I switched in Capgemini and got 253% hike on my base page. This was my first switch and I had 4.5years of overall experience. Two things I want to share is

1. I missed my yearly hike because I already had put down my papers as I was fed up of the environment and project I was working on didn't got to learn much.

2. I was in the support part and didn't got exposure to migration or implementation.

But in my current company I am trying to get into project where I will excel my knowledge.

So what should be my desired salary going ahead.
