Designation vs Organization

Seeing both kind of orgs where the requirement for a particular level/designation are starkly different. Salary Check

I am currently working as an APM at a start up (Series B) with 4 YOE (2.5 years into product) and Masters level qualification (not MBA).

My current CTC is 14.65 (13.65 + 1). Don’t think it’s fair as per market standards. Any comments?
