Trending @Accenture; Designation changed from Specialist to Team Lead, does it have any good or bad impact ?

Specialists are generally individual contributors and Team Lead with same Career Level handles the team.

It's just a nomenclature change it's doesn't have any impact on your vp or hike

In Accenture Level series is important not designation. Hope you are in level 9, it is already TL only

You can get 20% hike which is minimum. I am not sure why they haven’t given you

Its career path within Accenture and it defines next hike/vp. Your manager changed paths from specialist to lead, maybe you are performing more of the team lead role than Individual Contributor.

Bad impact , less VP and Less Hike in June compared to last December.
