At the moment a lot of emphasis is being placed on visual design and pixel perfection even when the value on this investment is not great.

So those kind of things can be pushed off to AI. Skill will be evaluated on solutioning, thought process, communication, and the ability to use AI to deliver better results.

True problem solvers will survive. They actually will thrive in this AI world. It’s going to be tough for rest of the folks. Applies to designers, engineers and PMs as well
