Descrimation ( wfo exception )
In my account not even a single girl come to office but still they receive thier 100% variable pay . Manager has given them wfo exception . But if we (boys) ask for 1 week wfh then he directly rejects . Can we raise a complaint?
Do those girls apply from exception officially??
Because from what I know we can only apply for. 5 days in a quarter.

He says they are going to client office and have permanent exception. But I know they are working from home and don’t go to client office also .
Heyya bud, from what you told, if they have cited reason such as visiting Client Location, they can do work from home even if they dont report to the location.
Tread very carefully cause your manager has perfectly set it up such that if anyone raises the question they can cite Client visit and whoever comes questioning will close the case then and there.
I know its very unfair but sadly this exception is legit and misused.
Best thing you can do is ask for Client visit as well and then do the same or raise issue (success chances less than 10%) that manager is sending selected people to Client office.
