Trending @Wipro; Depression Due to LOP(loss of pay)
I joined Wipro as a fresher in May 2022, since then I was tagged in project but in a non billable role, didn't get any handson experience and in last year June they put me in LOP and since then I am just waiting for a project and revoke my lop, due to no handson experience I am not able to get a new job and here they are just stalling...
You r just shadow resource to show client, we have more people are working in our project. This is really insane, as soon as as u tagged in a project, u won’t get any other project. Pls ask them release immediately. Then only u can move to other project. Meanwhile take some certifications with Wipro’s money.
They released me now I am in free pool and in LOP as well
