Hello All
I am feeling very low now.....i am in my early career days i have joined wipro back in 2022 After my Engineer. They onboarded us and provided us training in java after completion of training they put us on bench for 1 yr with no projects after that they started LOP (LOSS OF PAY) if you will not get tagged to project you will not get paid After that i got tagged to a support role (IT SUPPORT ) field services , from last one year i am working in it but no hike no nothing has been provided and also I don't want to work in this domain as i have several interests in cybersecurity field but due to no handson knowledge i am stuck 😭🙁
Can some one help me to guide what should i do next or can someone help to get job change
