Depressing Notice Period
My manager is not letting me reduce my notice period. I said that I am ok with buying out. I even have earned leaves which I can use to compensate.
He is saying that if you do that then they wouldnt give me an experience letter and consider it as absconding.
My question is:
- How do I handle this situation without hurting her ego?
- Is experience letter different from relieving letter?

How many years of experience do you have? Total and in TCS?
You can directly contact HR, they will definitely ease your situation

If you have any dependency on the project they never release you. Sometimes ego also. Better communicate to your new company
