Depressed due toxic tcs location
I took a transfer to Lucknow from Delhi last year now I am feeling guilty why I came here everyone is so toxic , everything here is toxic now this guilt is eating me what should I do how can I again take a transfer to Delhi my last project in lko gave me D now one month back I joined a new client project how to ask release and take transfer what should I do now

Back to your query, stop working for the project, get back to RMG pool and start following up with your Delhi connections for open positions. Use teams, knome, mails etc to find projects with requirements. Once the project confirms your allocation, get an internal transfer initiated.
