Deployment Index
Fresher here 👋🏻 Unallocated for more than 2 months now. Working with a unit but they are delaying my allocation. Should I be concerned? Deployment Index has gone down to less than 50%. Does Deployment Index have anything to do with quarterly bonus?

As far as I know deployment index will start to matter once you're above C2 grade.
Not pretty sure about ,from which exact grade.
But as a fresher deployment index won't have much effect for you.
And in TCS it is normal to have longer unallocated periods.
