I have been transferred to the Lucknow location from NCR as I was on the bench. In the email it was mentioned to report today. However, I applied for leave for today and tomorrow. So, not reporting on the mentioned date will cause any consequences? Will they terminate me?
You can inform the HR of thar. Just FYI, if your CWL has changed to Lucknow you cannot get it changed to an NV location as per policy now...
In the portal my CWL is still showing Noida. Also, I have not informed them yet as I was still trying to stop this relocation. I have applied for leave for the day. And I have not received any email regarding why I have not reported to the location.
Communicate with the POC in Lucknow and also inform the same to your HR that you are on leave via email.
No nothing gonna happen, you can inform the respective person through mail who send you to report.
Just inform your RM and HR , nothing will happen
