Demotivated person- wants to restart life after failed govt job preparation.

Asking this for a friend, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1.5 years, all these 3 years back. She took break for 2years for govt jobs preparation but failed. This turned out be the biggest mistake of her life. Unemployed and demotivated, she's is now suffering from depression. She wants to restart life as an Talent Acquisition/ HR professional. Looking for courses/internship for same. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
