Asking this for a friend, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1.5 years, all these 3 years back. She took break for 2years for govt jobs preparation but failed. This turned out be the biggest mistake of her life. Unemployed and demotivated, she's is now suffering from depression. She wants to restart life as an Talent Acquisition/ HR professional.
