Demand Notice from the Income tax department

Hi All-

Just wanted to know about the demand notice from the IT department of (last year) assessment year 24-25. I have revised the file return and still they are keep sending.it is 2 L around and I am literally worried ☹️ I raised a ticket also in TCS global service desk apart from that what steps are required to handle this.
How it was sorted out for you.
